Born and educated in Hong Kong, Alison has developed his vision and career of photography in the multi-cultured environment where he is greatly inspired by. Alison started his career as photographer assistant in 1997 at South China Morning Post Hearst, one of the largest media group in Hong Kong. During the early days in Alison's career, he had the opportunities to work with renowned magazines including Cosmopolitan, Harper's Bazaar and Cosmo Girl!, enabling him to build a strong portfolio reflecting his artistic talent in different aspects of photography. He then obtained the Certificate of Applied Photography at Sha Tin Technical Institute and Diploma of Fine Arts at Hong Kong Art Center.

After more than 10 years of experience in the photography & creative field, Alison set up his own studio in 2007.

His professional work ranges from fashion, beauty, portrait to product photography. He provides high-quality photographic services in studio and on location to both local and international dients. Alison has been a member of Hong Kong Institute of Professional Photographers (HKIPP) since 2007.
